Absolutely disgusting experience - Don't be lured by cheap prices! I ordered a gift for my wife, labelled "Express Shipping" / "Next Day Dispatch" 8 days before Christmas, but the order status still showed "on order", 2 days later. When I called Customer Service, was told it had shipped the same day, but their system does not update in real-time. Today, Friday before the Christmas weekend, I finally received an email to say "Item has shipped"! I called customer service again to ask what is going on, and was told the warehouse printed the label last week, but only shipped it today. After being told 3 times the item shipped last week, I am really disappointed and now need to find a last-minute gift. This company uses drop shipping warehouses with no stock-control or real-time systems, there is no email support, and very long hold-times. This is the worst online store I have come across in over 10 years. Never again!
Recently I was looking for gifts and I purchased a gift hamper from Everything But Flowers for my Mum's birthday and was completely happy with the quality and customer service experience.
I was a bit skeptical at first as it was the firs time I have ever had to use my credit card online, but there was NO problems with the whole process. The hamper was delivered in a beautifully presented gift basket with a personalised card. It was delivered to my Mums door within a few days and she was delighted when she received it.
It won't be the last time I buy something from this awesome gift shop.
