Eve's On the River serves modern Australian cuisine with Asian and European influences, which you can enjoy while taking in the tranquil views of the Brisbane River. 
Dishes include sesame crusted salmon, braised lamb shank pie and chicken with caramelized gnocchi and saffron cream sauce. There is a good range of vegetarian meals on offer and most dishes can be altered for coeliac diets.

LOVE this place, its amazing!! Recently went their for dinner & to check out the venue for my upcoming wedding.... AMAZING!! Service second to none, menu was divine & the atmosphere superb, needless to say my reception will be held there in the future.

I started going to Eves about five years ago and recently had a small function there. The staff were incredibly attentive and my night could not have gone more perfectly. The river views are a perfect backdrop to complement the delicious food. And a $6 breakfast during the week you just can't beat it! Thumbs up!

I would have to say that this is one of my favourite spots to eat out in Brisbane. I fell in love with it on my first visit a couple of years ago and have been going back ever since!

The location on the river is absolutely beautiful, great view, and it is in a fantastic spot on Vernon Terrace amongst the other cafes.

The staff are very lovely indeed, and always eager to make you feel comfortable.

Of course, there is the food. Breakfast is my favourite time to visit, but any time of day the food is exceptional.

On the ground floor of McTaggarts Place, one of the iconic riverside woolstores of Teneriffe, Eve’s has a view to the water and decor that emphasises the heritage of its surrounds. The feel is welcoming, comfortable and warm (especially for a sunny breakfast). Chef Warren Maddox enjoys mixing flavours and textures, and makes a mean quail gyoza with spicy soy dipping sauce. Eve’s is popular for weddings and functions.
