Evolve Counselling offers professional therapeutic support that actually makes a difference. Located on Sydney's Northern Beaches, a variety of innovative services are provided. Children, young people and adults from all areas are welcome.  Individual, couple and joint family sessions can be arranged.

Your counsellor will respectfully support you to explore your relationship to the problems around you, rather than defining you or others in your life as the problem.

Your counsellor has extensive training and experience in skilfully asking questions to children, young people and adults about a range of issues. The questions are designed to support you to make new discoveries about yourself and about your relationship to the problems that brought you to counselling in the first place. You will venture from what is known and familiar into territories where fresh possibilities are uncovered.

At Evolve, counselling is seen as much more than simply creating a safe space for you to talk about the difficulties you are facing. You will also be supported to participate in unique, innovative and thought-provoking conversations that are carefully designed to create a significant and lasting shift towards what you really want to see happen in your life.

Confidentiality is a priority, and arrangements are discussed in full during the first session.
