    I now have my bridesmaid dresses ordered and can't highly recommend Exclusively Bridesmaids enough! The whole experience was made so easy and pleasant by friendly helpful staff and I will definitely be telling my friends all about it. On our first visit we didn't have an appointment but we were greeted at the front door and were told how Exclusively Bridesmaids works. We were more than welcome to browse and were able to try on dresses if there was a free change room but as there were already bridesmaid parties booked in we were told that we may have to wait a little while. Unfortunately we weren't able to try on dresses that day but I'm glad we had to make an appointment for another day as then we had our own change rooms and consultant for the whole time we were there - so it was definitely worth coming back for! I had three bridesmaids who were totally different sizes (8, 12, 20) and they were each able to try on all the dresses we chose in their sizes. I only wish finding my wedding dress was such an easy, pleasant and professional experience!!!

    WOW!!! What FANTASTIC DRESSES.
    I picked my dresses up today, thank you so much to the staff at Exclusively Bridesmaids.
    From the moment we walked in their store they were so attentive and very accommodating. Our consultant new exactly what to suggest that would suit all of my 5 bridesmaids. We left the store so happy and confident that they would deliver on everything that they promised. Definitely worth the travel. But do remember to make an appointment as they will then spend time with just your bridal party. However they do book out their weekends quite quickly.
    Now for the wedding.............Can't wait!!

    Travelled over an hour to visit the store - however when we walked in the door we were completely shocked with absolute rudeness by staff, no greetings, (complete disregard for any positive type of customer service) refusing to assist us with any enquiries and even hesitating when we asked if we could simply look around the shop, because we did not have an appointment - even though their website CLEARLY states ' You're welcome to visit anytime without making an appointment'. It was one hour to closing time and was plainly obvious they weren't bothered helping anymore customers, and staff didn't even know their managers name - Extremely off-putting and unprofessional.. not recommended by any means!
