The worst customer service EVER! While trying to arrange bridal cars for our wedding, I found the car that I really liked on this company's website. So I called them on Monday and asked if I could tentatively book the vehicle and arrange a time to inspect.
"No problem" was the response. We made a booking for Thursday (today). This morning I get a voicemail message advising that somebody else has booked the car in the meantime.
What! What part of 'tentative booking' do you not understand???
When I called back to find out why I wasn't even given first right of reply, they dismissed my enquiry with a "we don't do tentative bookings"...
They obviously don't need the business as they made no effort to apologise for their mistake, leaving me to go back to square one and find cars through someone else.

We do not have tentatives for that reasons. We would appreciate, getting the facts correct! You made a time to view the cars. And in the meantime, someone else booked it. We pride ourselves, on the utmost service. Bookings, are placed thru the internet, phone or our referral services with our suppliers. A booking is only made with a credit card. I'm sorry, you felt that way.
