Today I waited close to an hour for the staff to cut my hair. Two other staff walked around cleaning and two other customers waited to pay for their styles at the counter. Neither of the other staff prompted the staff to finish their telephone conversations nor did they offer to cut my hair instead. Third staff was gracious enough to find me some magazines and get me a drink while I waited. However, I eventually walked out, as my time is too precious to sit and wait for an hour just to get my hair cut, when I had pre-booked the appointment. Very disappointing service from a salon that came highly recommended.-

We wish to sincerely apologize for your wait, our salon junior did on the day in question offer the customer refreshments and magazines, with an appology, as we were running behind schedule, due to staff sickness leaving us under staffed.
Our salon receptionist is just that, a receptionist, not a hairstylist, therefore, expecting anyone other than an experienced stylist to attend to our clients is not protocol at Exquisite Hair and Beauty. We ensure that all clients attending our Hair and Beauty salon are given the best of our service each and every time. Thank you for your time.

WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE, i walked in to EXQUISITE and asked for some one who knew about colouring hair, to help me, i was sick of my hair looking like crap, Rita came to my rescue, she instructed me as to what needed to be done to get my hair back into looking and feeling good and how she would go about it, I found Rita very informative, remarkably HONEST and pleasant,I was quoted and consulted before any work began which took 30 Min's, i was in there for 3.5 hours and paid $269.00, it is the first time i have ever spent so much on my hair,and i am glad i placed my trust and hair in her hands, she is a whizz with hair, i came out feeling very SEXY and GLAMOROUS, i have had many compliments already and it has only been 4 days, THANK YOU for saving my Hair, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

This salon is a credit to it's name EXQUISITE, i went in and was attended to immediately by the owner Rita who introduced herself.
Lisa, the senior stylist, pampered me the whole time through a complete makeover, while being assisted by Nicki.
The lunch they provided through a local cafe they called(Theo's) was not only a pleasant suprise, but divine.
My make over was breath taking i felt like a new woman , although it cost me more than i expected it was money well spent i would not hesitate to recommend my family and friends to go see the the girls at Exquisite ...i will definately be back in 6 weeks for a follow up ....

The most beautiful salon I have ever been to and the staff are extremely friendly. I had no idea how I wanted my hair but I am very happy with what was recommended! -
