    This is some of my specific dealings with F Factor Fitness. Firstly the debit company that they contract to handle their payments uses practices that boarders on illegal. On multiple occasions we had additional money taken from our account without our prior knowlege or approval. Once this was brought to the attention of both F Factor Fitness and the Debit company it took nearly four months to have the matter sorted and over that time we had even more money taken from our account. After four months of me constantly following up the situation it was eventually found that we had in fact been over charged. We then had to wait a further two weeks before the money was returned to our account. During our dispute someone from the Gym made several inappropriate and spiteful comments alluding to our financial position to other members of the gym. The way they handled the entire situation resembled how my six year old daughter deals with her younger siblings.

    I signed a 6 mth contract at the start of last year and the staff member that signed me up said they were going to put an end date on the direct debit form and never did so thay kept taking money out which was nearly $600 more than they should have and they dont care and wont do any thing about it!!
