Upon enquiring about catering 1 week prior, I was told I was leaving it a bit late. Their website advertises only 24 hours notice required. They offered to put me in touch with another cater but would not provide me the details. When I explained it would be more convenient for me to contact the company they replied "Stop wasting my time you stupid ****** bitch." I was later told "I haven't got time for you, you ******* p****." Have lodge complaint with company and Dept. Fair Trading. Avoid any company on mycaterer.com.au as when I rang them to suggest they remove Fabulous Fingerfood from their website the same person answered the phone again!
While I would like to write a review about the service, food and professionalism of this "business", I'm afraid to report that we didn't even get far enough with them to experience their services.
Upon politely requesting a catering service for a large family gathering via email, and providing all the necessary detail, the reply from these consumate professionals was as follows:

My suggestion to all those out there in the market for a catering service is to put these "caterers" at the bottom of your list. Don't waste your time with them, because clearly they won't be bothered or professional with you.
Wish I read your review first James before I tried this company. My partner also received less than favourable service - was told "I don't think you understand pal just how busy I am. We can't help you" Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune to encounter.
