Built a decent home / reasonably priced home. Once signed however, limited interaction and lack of customer service. You do not deal with the sales consultant any more, you deal with "The Office". My experience:- Phone calls are ignored or not returned, and if you do get to speak to someone you are made to feel like they are doing you a favour. Staff on end of phone only give first name or no name at all....(Not a culture of Customer Service in my opinion - ).....Office processes and Paperwork are antiquated / disorganised. Building Supervisor contacted me twice during whole build process only after repeated phone calls / text messages and emails pleading with him to call me....Made a post build query to check if Fairmont have any concerns re putting a PV Solar System on the roof only to barked at, and lectured..."It's got nothing to do with us - contact your solar provider....." Sorry, Fairmont Homes - you were the ones that built my house - thought it was a reasonable question.... A reminder - "Built For Life" should be not only be your goal for your constuction, but also for the relationship you should have with your customer....Sadly this is lacking....
