Fait Accompli Excavations is a division of Fait Accompli Home Maintenance Services, specialising in limited and difficult access excavation sites. Servicing builders, landscapers, plumbers, electricians and homeowners with excavations for house footings, retaining walls and drainage, trenches for pipe work and cabling, concrete removal, small demolition and rubbish removal.
Plant and equipment include, Hino 4.5t tipper with 11m reach truck crane, IHI excavators 750kg 800mm wide and 1.5t 1000mm wide, Bobcat skid steer 950mm and 1250mm wide. Attachments include various buckets, ripper, rock breaker and rock / log grab.
Available 7 days a week (regulations permitting) for hourly or contract works. Clean spoil and fill are also available.
Coverage of services include the Greater Sydney Basin, North to the Newcastle and Hunter region and South to the Southern Highlands and Canberra.

    Brendan was very helpful with suggestions and ideas during our project. Fait Accompli constructed a large timber pergola, prepared an area and laid pavers, new gardens planned and landscaped, the plumbing and drainage guru who also helped solve excess water problems from our neighbours property, retaining wall built and waterproofed. Excavations in extremely tight areas..wow great machine for tight access. Excavated and removed 18 tonnes of earth/ waste. FA Excavations brought all of the machinery with him to do the job.

    All pricing was discussed prior to commencing each job. Brendan discussed the material choices with us and explained the benefits of using the good quality material over the cheap ones; we went with good to best quality over the cheapest and are still very happy with the results 7 years later.

    To sum up: I am very happy to find a contractor who is capable of completing a variety of work required onsite. I have used Fait Accompli three times since (mostly excavation works) and have been very happy with the work carried out. I would not hesitate to recommend Brendan to anyone who is looking for good quality workmanship and a highly skilled excavator operator.

    Wonderful job done. Came on Saturday and Sunday. Job left clean and tidy. Professional service and no damage done around the work area. Would highly recommend Brendan for all types of excavation and rubbish removal. Easy to get along with, flexible and makes good suggestions whilst job is in progress. Travel to my home in the Cessnock/Hunter Valley area was not a problem.

    Was looking for an excavator and found so much more. Helpful advice, friendly, experienced and extremely well priced. The job was completed within a couple of days of being quoted.
    The job was done better than expected and he left no mess.
    If you are looking for an experienced excavator who will give you friendly advice and do the job properly, look no further. You will not be dissapointed. Get a quote and you'll understand why I rate him so highly.
