    My customer experience with Falcon Garage was poor and I would advise people to avoid this place.

    Saturday Morning my partner and I popped in to see if we can book in a safety inspection for the following Tuesday. When I arrived Tuesday morning I was greeted by the same guy with a curt What do you want.
    I was booked in for a safety inspection I replied.
    Cant do it, Im busy
    But you booked me in on Saturday
    Oh well the break tester isnt here; been broken since last Monday wont be here until next week he said rather unbelievably
    well if you knew the break tester wouldnt be here why did accept the booking? Or at the very least why didnt you call me before this morning if you knew you couldnt do it? I said.
    Dont get clever with me just come back next week and with that he walked off.

    I didnt come back & I advise you all to avoid this place.

      Unfortunately it is against RTA rules to do registration inspections without a working and callibrated brake meter. Why would I book you in for an inspection if I knew the brake meter wasnt working. Did you leave your phone number ? No.
