You are a soul within your family soul. We in the present often carry burdens, emotions and pattens from our family of origin. If these are healthy then that is fine, if not, they can hold you back in personal well being, relationships and achieving success. Family Constellations seeks to find the energy that you are caught up in and also shows you how to release yourself from it in a respectful way. It may be done in a workshop or individual sessions. In the workshop, generally  one session is sufficient for one issue for most people. Your issue will often be done with representatives in the workshop. 

Why choose Family Constellations? It is a brief intervention that is solution focused. You don't have to bring the people of your issue with you. We are all connected, so often your whole family will feel a shift if you make some inner changes at a deep soul level. You don't have to talk much about the issue, just give a few facts. This can be a stand alone therapy or compliment to counselling. Constellation works goes much deeper than counselling, hypnotherapy or NLP because it operates at the level of the personal and family soul. So if you issue is not due to purely your own choices and is being influenced by unconscious family patterns and alliances than personal individual therapy are not likely to help at a deep level.

This therapy of the new millennium that is now very popular in Germany, Europe, North and South America and Asia and is now becoming known here in Australia.

Yildiz is a counsellor, hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner and internationally recognised Family Constellations practitioner with expensive training o/s. She is also an educator and trainer and holds workshops in Brisbane and Sydney on a regular basis. She is also available for private sessions. For the workshops she is accompanied by Satish her husband who is also a Family Constellations practitioner in his own right.
