    Called ten minutes in advance of my appointment, to ensure the clinic was running on time.
    Was told yes, only to arrive at the clinic and wait for over an hour as the reception staff ignored me.
    Watched one doctor bring call out four clients before I was even seen.
    My doctor even walked around the office, very unphased that I had been waiting.

    Amazing! Dr Loosemore is fantastic. The most approachable, friendly & genuine doctor I have seen.
    The reception staff are fantastic, the waiting list system for same day appointments works perfectly.
    If the staff say they will call you back - they do.
    Good luck finding better!!
