    The first great feature as a parent is this practice bulk bills. The second is the helpful staff. I do not have to wait long for my appointment normally, and there is a television if I have to wait at all (my longest wait being about half an hour). I have always received good, thorough advice. It can be hard to get an appointment at times, but I don't think this is exclusive to this practice. Our children have always been fitted in whenever possible, especially emergencies. They do have a three missed appointments you're out rule, but luckily that hasn't happened to me yet.
