Moving out of my flat meant I had to book an end of lease and carpet cleaning in order to avoid a fee as I simply couldn't fit a deep cleaning in my schedule. The customer service representative was kind and helpful. They kept in contact and were constantly sending me emails or texts to confirm or to inform me of rescheduling.
I couldn't be at home at the time of the cleaning but they told me I could leave the keys with an agent and that was fine with me. Some problems arose in the meantime for example, they needed more time to clear away the dishes in the kitchen because it wasn't a part of the service but I had been really late that morning and hadn't managed to do them. They also said they couldn't work in the bathroom because the light bulb had burnt out, so they had to come back and do the bathroom on another day. The landlord took care of that as I had already left the property. Overall, they did fine I didn't have to pay a fee, so basically they did their job.
