    I had requested some cushions made to order for some silk covers I bought on holiday. What I received was cushion covers made with unbleached yellowed cloth stuffed with dirty looking cotton ( you just had to unzip the cushion cover to see the stuffing) - to which I developed an allergic reaction. Apart from having a very strong unpleasant smell the cushions looked old because of the yellowed material. I was initially offered a refund by the sales girl who told me "cushions are not our speciality", which I was not expecting but thought very reasonable and honest. She told me to come back as she did not have cash on the premises. But when I went back she had changed her tuned, gone was the friendly manner, said she was not authorized to give a refund and made out I was being unreasonable in my demand - when it was her idea in the first place! I assume she had got into trouble with the boss! If you decide to shop here make sure you know what you will be getting and that you are not allergic. Whate I received was a poor quality product that smelt bad and sales staff that go back
    on their word. Shonky!
