I visited this store to try on some wedding dresses for my wedding last year and the staff let me have a look through the catalougues they had on display but did not allow me to look through the racks at the actual wedding dressed they had. After showing them the styles I liked they told me that none of the styles I had picked would suit me! Being a salesperson myself I think I am entitled to make that decision for myself.
It was made very clear in the change rooms by some signs that had been put up that I was limited to only 4 dresses to try on.
On trying the 3rd dress and not being happy with them I started looking through the racks for another option and the staff went ahead and told me to try on one that they went and picked out for me. I had specifically said I did not like crystals or lace but they proceeded to put me in a dress with crystals and lace all over it and when both me and my mum did not like it they seeemed to get quite angry that we didn't like what they had chosen and pretty much said that's all I could try on as they had other appointments.
Got my dress from someone else who let me try on as many dresses as I liked =)
