    Jan 2010- Fast Call were fast and the guys were friendly. In their haste they severely damaged our brick bbq. They called the office to make them aware of the problem and they were meant to contact me. Their office called me twice to ask for payment so I informed them that I would like to talk to management about the damage before I made payment. A brickie came out to look at the damage. He called me back a few weeks later to say the cost of fixing would be more than the cost of cutting the trees down. Needless to say, I have not heard from them again.

    good service, although damaged my front gate in the process. They said they would come back and fix it, but never did, despite phone calls to their office. If they weren't going to fix it, why not just say so....
