    I found myself searching through the Westfield Carousel Shopping Center recently, trying to find a birthday present for a friend. After a couple of hours wandering from shop to shop, I thought it was time to find some food before I crashed.
    I wanted something substantial, and to eat somewhere a little less chaotic and noisy than the foodcourt. Thankfully the center had a Fast Eddy's restaurant.
    After being greeted and seated with a friendly smile and hello from the staff, I began deciding what might satisfy the beast of an appetite I had built up while shopping. From the extensive menu that spanned all-day breakfasts, light delicious salads, and the more hearty burgers and steaks and other mains; I finally chose the Steak Sandwich and a strawberry milkshake.
    The venue was full; always a good sign. I was informed there would be a short wait, about 20 minutes, because the kitchen was very busy, which was completely understandable. I thanked her for the heads-up, and relaxed as I took in the memorabilia that adorned the walls. There were local business people enjoying the lunch special of Thai Beef Salad, mums having coffee and cake as their kids ran around in the play area, and others devouring the big burgers the place is famous for.
    My order arrived well presented, smelling and looking great, and the taste..it was one of the best steak sandwiches I have had.
