My client received invitations for their wedding, printed through Fast Printing. However, they realized that there was colour difference in the cards. When I inquired the issue to Fast Printing, I found out that I have chosen a wrong process and incorrectly set up the artwork. It was a terrifying as this client was the first client for my design business. Fortunately, Fast Printing team offered to reprint the cards although they had to print extra copies when I only needed 100. They were kind enough to understand my situation and generously offered what they didnt need to. I highly recommend them as they really do value their customers.
