    I am writing to express my profound frustration and disappointment with my dinner at Fasta Pasta Keysborough I went to your restaurant on tues night with high expectations. Not only were my expectations not exceeded, they were not met.

    First, our drinks arrived after our appetizers, though I had ordered it to complement them. As a result, we were left with only water to accompany our appetizers.
    Additionally, our coffee, which we specifically ordered for after the dessert came with the dessert. They either werent listening or werent on our side.

    I was also surprised to find several problems with the food itself. The Steak dianne was rubbery and watery. I presume it had been prepared well in advance. Similarly, the sauce on my wifes ravioli carbonara was scrambled with egg and had congealed.
    Why not make an issue during the meal? Simple. I wanted to preserve what I could of the evening.

    We usualy go to Brandon Park and rarely receive a bad meal. We certainly didnt expect one at Keysborough!!.
    I am sure this experience was a rare aberration from your usual high levels of service and food quality. Unfortunately, it occurred during what should have been a great evening which was soured by awful food and bad service standards.

    Reealy not happy with the meals here!!
    Pizza was burnt at the bottom and raw on top!!! Steak was way way small for the price and the sauce was way way way too spicey!!! MY cutlery was dirt!!!Restaurant was smokey and irtateing my eyes. Reaaly, baad food for all my money!!!! waste of time and cvash!!!

    We didn't expect it to be so pricey for 4 ppl...From the outside we thought we'd have a quick dinner at a cheaper than a normal resturant price.. We were wrong!
    -Service was fantastic,always had someone there to ask for something,always had someone there to take our empty plates..
    - Kids macroni cheese was terriable!!! My son was very dissapointed. It was tasteless!!!
    We wont be going back sorry..

    DO NOT go to this restaurant!! i ordered pasta's for my family and kids meals. Firstly, the spirali pasta i ordered was cold, tasted like it came from a packet . The kids meals were too small, watery and tasteless. Secondly, my cofee was luke warm, i could see lipstick on my coke glass, and the atmospehere was dull and lifeless. The staff who served me was dour,never going back!

    me my friend go this store last week, was seated in back corner.
    i order pizza which came out on time, came soggy, could no eat it,
    friend he buy chickn pamigiann it too soggy, ask for remake but waiter/ /or manager
    say no can make.. so we just eat half and go. im real dissapointed cause i am student and it was a waste of my money.. next time i go out, wont be go to this store. i take my hard earn money and go somewhere new.!!!!

    I like to eat my pasta, and i love Italian. BUT usual i get watery or dry pasta from this store. My preference is to go to foodcourt across the road, because it is better value. I have been to sofias and there entree size is bigger than a fasta pasta main, so value here is not that great. Service ok, BUT, they have a new manager all the time, so it makes me wonder what is going on at this store. Also, new managers sometimes hover over me and my family, that makes me and my family uncomfortable.

    If there is one thing to be said for 'Fasta Pasta', in Keysborough, it is reliable. We've dined in on a few occasions now, and have also ordered take away meals. In my experience, service has always been friendly, efficient and left me with absolutely no reason to complain. It is important to note that 'Fasta Pasta' is a family friendly, CASUAL dining restaurant, which, as its name would state, prides itself on fast service. If you're looking for somewhere to grab a healthy quick bite on a restricted amount of time, this is the restaurant for you. That said, our most recent visit, (with the store under new management) was relaxed and leisurely, with us spreading our meal out, then enjoying a long conversation before ordering desserts and/or coffee. I appreciated the staff's friendly chatter and table service during this time, offering us complimentary water and being genuinely attentive over the entire two hour period. Children are well looked after with a Kids Menu which includes an ice-cream dessert and drink. The food is fresh, tasty and healthy - and the portion sizes are generous. I have spent a lot more money on pasta dishes in more formal dining restaurants (with a price reflecting the prestige of the restaurant) that have not tasted as good. Their Chicken Parmigiana is well cooked and popular amongst the men and teens! We have been known to order take-away in bad weather, return to the car to wait for it to be cooked, and have staff unexpectedly bring our order to the car before it was time to collect it. Can't say I have ever experienced service like that before!

    i went to fasta pasta, in keysborough last sat night,
    and buy takeaway spaghetti bolognaise.
    one lady in kitchen make my food
    after paying for food, and taking food home..

    i find a dead cock roach in meal..
    mayb they have trouble there wit cockroach
    nevea go back ther again!

    Huge array of conventional and unconventional pasta dishes for very reasonable prices. Service can be lacking on a friday, and saturday night at the restaurant's busiest, even so, food arrives quickly and hot, and is brought with a smile. A great place for family get togethers. The Chicken caesar salad in summer is delicious. Great use of indoor/outdoor facilities

    A wide variety of really yummy pasta available with pizza and some meals to eat in. If its takeaway you're after ring through your oder first and it generally only takes 10-15mins to be ready
