Worst Courier Service I've had the displeasure to deal with in 25 years. Rang them the day after a parcel was unable to be delivered because I was out. Was told it would be on the courier that afternoon. Nothing arrived. Rang at 8,30 am the following morning and the staff said they would check and ring me back.Never did. Checked the trace and found another "Awaiting Customer Response" logged at 10.32 am! Rang again and was assured that it was to be delivered "first cab off the rank" at 2.00 the same day. Still nothing. Rang back at 3.30 pm and spoke to the same staff who now tell me it will be at my door by 4.30!!!!!! It's 4.30 and my doorbell has not rung..........................I will keep you updated.....................Well it's 4.50 pm and it's arrived! Courier tells me that they have just been asked to drop it off....... By the way the depot at Hendra is about 5 minutes from my address in Hamilton. Eleven days from Melbourne, a day and a half waiting at home, numerous phone calls..............need I go on? Perhaps it's like a penalty for not being at home the first time they called!
Dreadful. I am still waiting for my parcel. Attempted delivery 15/8/11, I was not home card left. I rang them the same day and arranged with staff member for delivery the next day. Stayed home all day, no parcel. Next day, Brisbane Ekka day - so excused. Rang them again today and was told parcel would be delivered this afternoon. It's nearly 7.00pm and no sign of them. I checked the whereabouts of the parcel on their website and apparently it is still in transit from Sydney to Brisbane depot!!! Really not good enough, a waste of a lot of my time. I am reporting this to the company I ordered the product from and well demand a different courier.
Worst Courier experience I have ever had. Nearly 2 weeks to get a small parcel from interstate that I could have driven to and got myself in less then half the time. Poor response time by their office staff when I rang to find my parcel. Make Australia Post look extremely professional. Use them at your own peril.
