This place advises you to go for herbal solutions and when they don't work tries to sell you something else or tells you to take more of the herbal stuff. It made it worse.
Used to like this place but (a) it charges a higher margin than other pharmacies and (b) they refused to find a solution after they sold me something that didn't work other than to try to sell me more or get me to consume more of the stuff that didn't work.

  My 21 year older daughter went into Fayes pharmacy and asked for Cold and Flu with the pseudoephedrine because it is quickly relieves the horrible symptoms of cold and flu. Instead the assistant "advised" her to buy the herbal remedy because it worked on the immune system. They cost her $40.00!! Goodness me all my daughter wanted was the damn cold and flu tablets so she could cope at work. You use the cold and flu for 3 days and then stop. By then your are feeling better and can cope with feeling unwell. When I rang the owner he said that they don't refund for "medicine" and that its up to the customer to choose the product they want. Cheeky, yes! We will NOT be going back to Fayes Pharmacy ever again. HERBAL REMEDIES ARE NOT THE SOLUTION IF YOU WANT QUICK RELIEF, WE THE CUSTOMER ALREADY NEW THAT AND THAT's WHY WE WANTED THE COLD AND FLU tablets. Makes me real cross!
