Caring, professional staff who provide an exceptional service. I always feel that my health is a priority and that my family health care is well managed as prompt reminders and information is sent to us or available at the clinic. Dr Kumar, Dr Klug, Dr James and the wonderful reception staff who are so thoughtful and kind are to be applauded on the service that is provided.

My family have been going to this surgery for years. We wouldn't go anywhere else, the quality of Doctors is very high but they do get very busy.

Very unhelpful in times of an emergency. My postie had an accident at my place gashing her forehead badly. We called to see if she could go and be seen only to be told no as she had no appointment.

  FRMC lives up to its name. They provide a standard of service far beyond our expectations. Practice is usually very busy indicating how much loyalty & trust patients have towards the doctors. A very friendly and caring group of staff members. As long as FRMC has its doors open I will never take my family to another Medical Centre.
