    Awesome to deal with. I brought my car in for a service which was completed in one hour while I waited. Everyone was so nice and I had a look around the showroom while I was waiting, and now I'm buying a new Tiida !! ..... YAY

    I will be recommending these guys to all of my friends. Their customer service is as good as I have ever experienced.

    I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Very courteous, welcomed in the driveway, a loan car, full explanation of work done and the charges involved. They even have a Customer Relations department that called me up to make sure I was happy with everything.

    No wonder they have won so many awards. Even the coffee was good !!

    Well done, just when I thought that service levels of big car dealerships can not get any worse along comes.

    My car broke down and was towed to Nissan FTG on Friday 10.12.2010.
    I asked to diagnose the problem of the breakdown.
    They found that the starter engine is broken but that they could not guarantee to have it fixed
    within a week (due to being to busy)
    I contacted an auto-electrician who could fix the car on the day.

    After advising them that my car will be picked up by the auto-electrician to be fixed he advised me that I will be charged to have the fault diagnosed.
    Keep in mind that any competent mechanic will diagnose this fault within minutes the staff showedme a clock card which showed that their mechanic worked 2 hours (?) on my car.
    When prompted on why it took so long they could not explain what has been done to the car but explained that the mechanic must have gone to have a break while clocked on.
    I got charged one hour labour $100 (for a diagnosis which would occur a minimal charge or even be free at most other mechanics) , after they came to this conclusion by guessing the time it took.
    Sorry but guessing is just not good enough if you are charging customers by the hour.

    Terrible service, amazing overcharging.

    Goodbye you just lost another loyal customer.

    By the way, they charged me $100 labour to actually fix the problem.
