    I was first introduced to Fernwood Waurn Ponds over 3 years ago just after it opened and I am delighted to say that I am still a frequent attender to the club.

    The large and spacious facility houses oodles of equipment ranging from the usual treadmills and steppers through to an extensive free weights and fixed weights gym. The members lounge is bright and airy and is the perfect place to have breakfast with friends or just have a coffee and read the very informative Fernwood Magazine.

    The studio is huge and offers over 25 specialised classes a week ranging from Step, Pump through to Zumba. What an atmosphere, imagine over 40 ladies all shaking their stuff to the foxy Latin beat!.

    This club is ideal for Mums as it provides a fabulous creche and ample parking close to the building. The staff are delightful and so attentive nothing is ever too much trouble !

    So armed with that New Years Resolution take a short trip down to Waurn Ponds and sign yourself up and start the journey to a fitter and healthier you!
