Run with hands-on enthusiasm by the owners, and has a great staff especially the personal trainers. Clean, spacious facilities with a childcare facility.

This is a great place to get fit and your kids have a safe place to play. Come in and train then sit down for a free cuppa and chat with all the lovely ladies
