    Wow, I have been to other Health Clubs and after 4 weeks end up giving. Here at Fernwood they treat you like family, encouage and always there for a chat. All the girls give you a smile as you come in and when you leave ask how you did. The Personal Trainers are all very good, tough, fun and get results. I have lost 39cm in 8 weeks and over 7% body fat. Still got some to go but I know with Fernwood this is possible. I will do it this time. Thanks Girls you are all AWESOME!!!!!
