    Worst salon I've been to...I went with a voucher as well. The hairdresser I had got my colour completely wrong and told me to wash it a lot so it fades, I had foils and he did the weave to thick at the front as well so it's really heavy in some parts. They also didn't give me my $50 voucher to use on my next visit (part of the deal). I have called up to see if there is anything I could do about the colour and they were kind of rude and couldn't make time for me and said that they have to see it in the next couple of days which I could understand but I said I was sorry and I couldn't make it as I was going away and if it was possible for me to come in the next week. They didn't apologise and didn't seem concerned and almost hung up on me at one point when I couldn't make the appointments suggested - It was really weird. They seemed so nice on the day. I now have to go somewhere else to get this fixed and upon telling them, they didn't seem bothered that I have to go to another salon. I am so upset by this experience. I would not go here again.

    After years of being with a wonderful hairstylist who unfortunately left town I took a chance and tried Fibre Lounge. I'm very particular about the colour I want in my hair and also need a salon that has a gentle bleach that won't ruin my fine hair. I was more than pleasantly surprised! They use an organic bleach that is great on my hair. The colour was fantastic thanks to Lexie! She exceeded my expectations! She listened and used her skill and knowledge to blend exactly what I wanted. Thank you Lexie and thanks Fibre Lounge.
    ...Also, the car parking is great and you must try the massage chair while you have your hair washed!!

    Super excited about revisiting this great salon on Friday after my first visit a month ago. Super friendly staff that make you feel great and leave the salon feeling better then when you walked in. Colour was great have had many compliments and am always nervous bout people cutting my hair but left feeling happy as it was cut exactly how I wanted it. I love that :) It's such a lovely Salon.

    BEST. SALON. EVER.
    Lexie, you rock my world. Girl knows how to work a head of hair. The salon itself is understated, super stylish and sooo comfy. Just gorgeous, genuine girls who love what they do. I will never get my hair done anywhere else whilst I'm still in Brissie. Love. xo
