    I didn't go to this place for services personally but I was there when my boyfriend got his hair cut. We walked in and were asked by one of the guys who worked there to take a seat as all of the employees were currently with other customers. He was quite lovely. We sat down for a few minutes and were directed by a another employee to have my boyfriend sit in a chair and they never asked him to do anything, only gestured. They were not friendly at all and barely spoke to him. After asking what he wanted (just a light trim, without too much taken off) and showing how much they would take off (he asked to have less taken off, which they agreed to do), they proceeded to hack off almost all of his hair. His hair is quite curly and thick but this is no excuse - they cut off more than three times the length of what they said they would! They don't offer discounts to uni students yet do offer some kind of discount to pensioners and school students which is ridiculous, considering a lot of other places in the same shopping centre do and the University of Queensland is located less than 20 minutes away. $22.50 later when were about to leave, this employee was still extremely rude and didn't say anything to us. There is absolutely no excuse for this kind of customer service. Never going back again!
