Great service, Great company, Great system has worked perfectly and have never had a problem with it customer service is great, they are all friendly. Prices are very reasonable for such a great product.

Great Service, excellent customer service. When I initially called up for more information the girls in the office were more than willing to help me. Then they booked me in straight away for an installation. The sales rep that came to my house to install the system was very helpful and knew what he was doing. He also gave me more information on the product and warranty forms etc. I havent had any problems at all. Good service, good system.

The service is terrible. Once you have a trouble with the system, that's the end of it. The 1300 phone number is just an answering service. Consider yourself lucky if you get a call back. They cannot fix the problem, either. They have referral program - in your dreams!

  When I called the 1300 number I spoke to a lady in the office who gave me more information on the system, so I'm pretty sure it wasn't an answering service. The referral program has worked wonders for my daughter who had the system installed before me and referred me, and they did send her a set of cartridges via mail about 1-2 weeks after I had it installed.

  My friend has a system installed and they had a leak in their system they rang up and told them and they sent someone out to fix it that day!! i had no problems when calling the 1300 number it went straight to a young lady with great customer service and was very polite, i think you may have this mistaken for a different company. I have heard nothing but great comments about this company
