    I have visited this wonderful little shop on many occasions, for christening invites, my engagement and wedding needs, and have always been greeted with a warm friendly smile and an eagerness to help by the shop keeper. The store, though small, is a fabulous place to find all those little bits and pieces you need to make your wedding invitations just the way you want! and if you cant find it in store, the shop keeper endeavours to find/order you the item you want. I highly recommend this store for anyone who has always been looking to make their own invites, or better yet have this wonderful little business do it for you. They are very professional, have attention to detail and really give you the end result you have been looking for. A+++ and I very much dont agree with the comment below. =] have a nice day!

    first impressions in penrith is such a good place!! i highly recommend it to anyone who wants d-i-y inviations or made to order invitations. They have a wide range of papers, envelopes and other accessories to make your invitation unique and have that personalised touch. Go and see for yourself and be the judge!! Customer service is five star!!

    Thanks heaps! You made our wedding preparation much easier. We had our invitations made by First Impressions from scratch and just got them yesterday. They came in a silver box ready to be mailed. We, my fiance and I found them to be the best. Very helpful and honest. We love our invitations, the mini rsvp, mini wishing well cards and thank you cards. They made them all matching and personalised at less than half the cost of all the quotes we got from all over Sydney. I highly recommend them. We will come back to them for our baby's baptism. Do not go anywhere else, they're the best. Thanks a lot First Impressions Invitations - Penrith!

    Do not waste your time or money here. The person working was rude, not at all helpful (will not leave their chair to provide you with assistance) and charges different prices for the same product as they do not have prices listed on all products (I was quoted 3 different prices on one product!!).

      I was not aware of this bad REV by the above until last Fri. - 21 May when my kind customer alerted me about it. She was so upset with what the "Ummno" wrote about our business - all lies.

      THE TRUTH:
      *All our papers and items for sale are clearly priced at the back of the packaging or item.
      *"Ummno" was already in an agitated state upon entering the shop, her attitude was one of a kind that you can not forget.
      * She was greeted with a smile and was asked if she needed assistance but her answer was an angry "NO, I KNOW WHAT I'M DOING"
      * She mishandled the papers by opening and carelessly throwing them just anywhere, I just watched & did not say anything to her.
      * She approached the counter & asked angrily if the Metallic Paper she was holding is printable? When I answered her " yes, but you need to have the right printer for it" She threw a tantrum & yelled at me saying " You do not want to help, she swore at me, threw the paper & kicked the metal stand shouting swear words.
