Very disappointing to what it was before it was sold - the refurbishment was very basic...but kept the same uncomfortable chairs. Table decorations consisted of something dead in an old bottle of water. Now to the food - first course of BBQ Scampi was delicious but then it went downhill. Mum and I both ordered half a lobster mornay...the WORST mornay I have ever tasted...undercooked and floury...the chips that came with it were like eating chalk...very tasteless and obviously not fresh then for desert we ordered the mixed berry Pavlova which was a Woolworth's pav with thawed frozen berries...the only thing fresh about that desert was the cream. Service was friendly but very slow. We won't be going back again and we have been patrons of this restaurant for the last 15 yrs. -
Great fresh seafood but everything is served simply and you have to buy your sides separately. Great atmosphere. Be sure to book though, it gets super busy. Parking can be difficult but you can park further down the street and stroll down the waterfront. There's a big park in front of the restaurant but it is out of site of the restaurant. BYO alcohol.

Really great spot in summer but be warned gets VERY busy. Great thing is you can order fresh seafood and have it cooked for you and it is reasonably priced. great spot on the water and pretty easy to find a park. finish it off with a beer across the road :)
