Clients are encouraged to develop a healthy lifestyle to improve their self - confidence, and physical fitness. We believe in a healthy body and a healthy mind so we promote a HAPPY, HEALTHY lifestyle through:  
Exercise, Nutrition, Relaxation, Friendship, Fun

Small exercise groups allow you to socialise with others, gaining encouragement and support from our fitness professionals and from other people with similar fitness goals to yours.    

Sessions are designed around you and your goals, what you enjoy doing and whats going to keep you exercising and staying fit.  So, if you want to burn body fat, tone muscle, de-stress, increase your energy levels and your confidence come and try us out. You wont be disappointed.

    Ive really enjoyed the service that ive received from Fit Fundamentals. I started out with group fitness and it was great to meet other people who were in the same boat as me when it comes to their health.

    Everyone that ive trained with really enjoy the classes. Their motivating and we always finish the class feeling like weve been working hard enough to benefit but not too hard that it hurts.

    The great thing with Fit Fundamentals is the social side of things. Michael calls us regularly to make sure that were staying on target with our goals. Hes a laugh.
