    I started training with Laura & Fitness Angels in the New Year. Laura is very knowledgeable and I feel comfortable in her hands. Already in a month I'm seeing improvement! And all this without the yelling and screaming. I feel motivated when I go to the groups and everyone makes you feel very welcome. I would highly recommend Fitness Angels, it has kept me motivated, I've been looking forward to the training, and because it's done in a group environment it's fun too!

    The name says it all - Fitness with a gentle approach! Laura has brought out the best in me. In ten weeks, I have transformed my weight and fitness in measurable ways, but most of all, my attitude towards workouts has completely transformed.I have changed from being reluctant and resistant, to really looking forward to the next workout. Laura provides variety, as well as explaining the purpose and benefits of each workout, and gives positive feedback and great results! I thoroughly recommend Fitness Angels!!

    Fitness Angels is a great way to start your morning, and being down by the water on Lavender Bay is as picturesque as they come. Laura is a highly energetic, fun and very friendly trainer who gets you doing all the things you thought you hated, with a smile on your face - who knew!? She's knowledgeable and passionate, but most importantly, not overbearing. She'll help you achieve your goals with minimal fuss. Thanks Laura! Keep up the great work

    I have to say, Ive been to many bootcamps and fitness groups, but none of them had the same fun, friendly and inviting atmosphere that Lauras groups provide. They are welcoming and full of variety. Some sessions are boxing, others were playing games and doing circuits, quite often were learning new exercises and playing with cool fitness equipment! You can see how passionate Laura is about fitness! She loves introducing new equipment to us and showing us new exercises. Laura is very informative and explains and demonstrates the exercises really well. I have learnt heaps and have also achieved great results since I started training with Fitness Angels back in September. Im looking forward to Laura working her magic on me after the Christmas and New Year break! - Kate

    While personal trainers appear to be flooding the market, I'm delighted to have someone like Laura (from Fitness Angels) getting me into shape. She knows her stuff. I know I'm in good hands.

    Laura and her team are empathetic and supportive, and together we are achieving great results.

    And it's not all sweat and muscle flexing, Fitness Angels have regular social activity events.

    I joined Fitness Angels a couple of months ago and found the sessions a great way to work out with beautiful scenery of McMahon's Point or Blues Point in the background! It's great to be around people that have a similar feeling about outdoor exercise, and anyone can give it a go.
    Laura is a great trainer, and the sessions are fun, but also hard work! There are people of all shapes and sizes, so no-one has any excuse to get moving with Fitness Angels!
    They have varied classes including Running Club, weekend activities and traditional boxing, group training and games to keep you motivated and interested.
    I would highly recommend Fitness Angels - you can even commit to a lunch time session if you work in the area!!!

    Ive been training with Laura at Fitness Angels Personal Training for only a few months and I have already noticed a significant difference in my overall fitness and energy levels. To date, I have lost 12kgs with only a few more to go and with Lauras help and motivation, I know I will reach my goals. Lauras style of training is very encouraging and motivating. I always know why I am doing an exercise and what benefit it has to my body. All of Lauras training sessions are varied and fun, with circuits, boxing, strength training and the occasional cardio session, as well as the regular Angels Adventures - great fun! I would highly recommend Laura and Fitness Angels to anyone. Keep up the good work, Laura!
