    I have been a member for 3 years and found the owners and staff to be helpful, encouraging and knowledable.

    I like it that the trainers are not 'in my face' during sessions. They let me get on with my exercise but keep an eye on me for correct form. They regularly check on me to see that I am coping and comfortable with the work.

    I also like it that Tony expects great things of me. He hands out the exercises for each session in such a matter of fact way, creating the mindset that- of course I can do this. I then achieve more than I thought I could do.

    Some trainers hand out praise so lavishly that it has no value. Tony notices when you have put in the effort and you get a quiet 'well done' which is worth a lot!

    I do not have to pay extra for a personal trainer. I do not have to figure any exercises for myself, or the amount of weight and the repetions- it is all done for me and part of my fee. Plus, when I am working in the zone and do not remember what I am supposed to do next I get a reminder without fuss.

    The owners and staff do not play favourites as I have experienced in some other gyms. All customers get treated well.

    I like it that despite the fact that the owners know a lot they are still interested in learning more. This means that solid experience is combined with up-to-date information on exercise and nutrition.

    There are no mirrors or fashion parades, just down-to-earth exercise sessions with other ordinary people like me.

    This is a fantastic Personal Training Studio. The customer service is excellent and you are always greeted personally. You are provided with a heart rate monitor and towel for each session, the trainer will even top your water bottle up if you run out.
    A new program is written for you each visit, your weights are handed to you, and put away, and you are kept moving for the whole hour of your workout. The personal trainers know their clients well - they review your progress every 10th visit and take time to chat about anything you need to know about your health and fitness. You can have a capuccino, latte or short black or an apple after you have finished - NO CHARGE!
    On Saturdays they provide a fruit platter for the group which is just what you need after a boot camp style training session and before the weekend starts.
    If you want to get fit and have no idea what to do in a gym, then visit these guys - they will really look after you.
