    Feel compelled to write a rare review, because I am so pleased about joining fitness first Highett. The staff are very friendly and helpful, facilities are great. I am so happy they have a pool, steam room and child care facilites, as well as the classes availlable. Highly recommmended if you are a mum, as they offer off-peak membership.

    This is the only Fitness First with a pool. I don't even live in the area but I drive out of my way for this gym, because of the pool and also the facilities. There's a poolside cafe and a very large and spacious group fitness room. The weights and cardio are pretty standard but there is cardio equipment looking over the pool which is nice for a change. The only downside is if you use the pool in the afternoon they rent it out to school groups which is loud and annoying, and they close 2 lanes just for them.
