    I contacted them this morning. I sent an enquiry email as to how much a casual fitness class was and have gotten no reply all day until now. Which is a staff member calling me while at work about joining. I still don't even know how much a casual class is. I supplied my email address?
    From this experience and the below review, they should be more customer focused instead of money driven.

    The club offers better facilities than any other club on the north side and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Well worth the extra few dollars to get pool, zumba, lots of classes and heaps of weights/cardio equipment.

    I enjoyed the facilities at Fitness First Lutwyche and used to spend up to 3 hours there at a time because there were so many activities you could do so you were still exercising hwoever not bored -swimming, classes, equipment of all sorts etc. However I found the staff to be focussed on money and they were pushy with membership. I had asked for a short term membership as I was moving interstate in 6 mths, and they had said this was fine. When it was time to move, it was a huge drama as they would not cancel my contract. I was so disappointed that I had to leave on a sad note - it wasn't my fault and I feel that the business is so money orientated and doesn't have room for special requests. They said yes to lure me in, and then fought me to the end. What a disappointment.
