    Worst Gym ever!!!lack of communication/worst customer service and very unproffesional. I was promnmised 2 wks free,i hadnt even been there for 2 wks and they deducted a whole month out of my bank account and refused to credit me for the money they took and also refused to refused to refund me the money. I called on numerous occasions to speak with management and was always told they were not in and my msg would get passed on and 3 weeks later still no call considering i was promised by them that i would get a call back and never did.only a day ago did they contacted me via email after i had managed to get the email address frm one of the staff members,and emailed them first, they advised me in the email "for the record,i have been calling and your number is disconnected". im not even on a phone plan so i find it hard to believe and on top of that every time i called i left my mobile # and when i joined up they asked for my email address incase they were not able to get in contact by phone,i gave them my email address and they never emailed me. I have read many other bad reveiews about them.When i was first signed up i put my details on the website-within 20mins i was getting calls left right and centre trying to get signed up!When i had a problem about them taking money out of my account and wanted a call back explaining the situation and having the matter fixed no one called.not 1 phone call.when they emailed me they never apologized not once stated in the email that the situation would be resolved.I have cancelled my membership since and the matter has been resolved through their head office.i will definatly make sure that word gets around not to join this gym.on the other hand they gym is pretty small no air conditioning and very suffocating,I also noticed a a particular treadmill in there, a few people had issues with,at the point you would be running and it would automatically stop-that day they put a sign on it saying "not in order"the following day the sign was removed and same thing happend again.i seen this happen 3 times to 3 differant people. UNPROFESSIONAL & BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

    One of the best Fitness Firsts in Sydney, if you can get a park though. Fellow members appreciate the concept of thinking of others by putting away their equipment and using sweat towels. Can get busy -'cos its so good which is why it only gets 4 stars, but otherwise a top gym. Good Spin instructors too.
