    You have room to breath in this place, there is plenty of free weights and hammer head machines all on one level, cardio is spread across 2 so the space is decent compared to other gyms in the area.
    The view from of the harbour is amazing too!

    This is one of the better Fitness First I've been two split over three levels, with great views over Sydney. All new equipment, with plenty of weights, benches and cardio machines.

    Its spread out, so you don't feel as your right on top of someone else when your working out. The change rooms are clean and have plenty of space to get changed and showered.
