Tried this gym out a few weeks back, and i have to say One of the worst i have been too.
it would be ok if you were to only use cardio equipment and the pool, but where the weights are it is very bad, weights all over the ground and on top of that the time wasters that go there in groups to talk and hang around a machine, so you have next to no chance of using it. Some staff there were nice but some weren't friendly at all.
Handy, plenty of space, clean, lots of ceiling height for good fresh air and the group classes are usually well organised. It's a busy gym but that's ok, everyone is pretty friendly...
This gym is the worst fitness first i have ever been in, i have been in many branches in the uk and australia, the cross trainers are rubbish, the weights are scattered, the men just stare at the women instead of exersice and to top it off it took me 2 hours to complete my training due to the amount of people in there when it normally takes me 45 mins. I will never go here again.
Probably one of the better Fitness Firsts around. It is spacious with plenty of equipment. There is a pool and sauna. Weeknights are busy however the aerobics room is big so can accomodate a lot of people in one class so you're not fighting for space. Their yoga classes are fantastic. Highly recommend.
One of the biggest Fitness First gyms in Sydney with a pool, sauna and steam room. A huge variety of equipment but it can get really busy on weeknights, especially Monday and Tuesday.
