I had a similarly poor experience with this company. It was hard to get them to focus on the task required and you constantly had to chase them to get a response. In the end I went with someone else with better customer service.

This company is the most unprofessional and has the perhaps the rudest staff I have ever come across. I would recommend not using them for any service as they are unable to perform a simple task without error. You will find yourself chasing them day after day to return your calls. Don't waste you time and money, use a professional certifier and stay away from Fitzgerald.
