After dropping off a MFC and being told 1 - 2 days I collected it a week later having not even been looked at. It also took 8 phone calls to the office to find out nobody had looked at it. The decent thing to do is tell people the truth about how long it is going to take, not fobbing them off.-

Refuse to pay and you will wait until i am finished serving the people who are willing to pay for priority service.
