    I recently needed the services of a plumber to fix a wayward toilet and leaking taps.I called Fix It Now and was answered immediately. I asked when he could do the job, it was late afternoon and was told he would attend to it in the morning. Almost jokingly I asked if he could call earlier. To my surprise he said could he do the call that evening at 7pm? Paul arrived, after his dinner, and did the job!! I call that service beyond the call of duty!

    Paul's great: does all the stuff that a lot of tradies forget these days like turn up on time, bring the right tools, take pride in your work, clean up afterwards. Not only that but he knows his stuff: figured out what was wrong with our toilet when no one else could, then ordered the replacment part himself and turned up a few days later to fit it. Could not ask for more/better.

    We have recently moved to Frenchs Forest and were looking for a plumber in our area. With our only toilet broken in our newly bought house, the situation wasn't good. We found Paul on True Local and he is just what other reviewers described; prompt, honest (no B.S., no bragging), friendly and helpful. Without beating about the bush, Paul was able to get to the problem quickly like he said he would. We could just see that Paul knows his trade and is good at it. Not only did he charge a reasonable price (to our surprise as we thought this was going to be hefty seeing how much work was required), we had assistance and advice on other areas too, without extra charge. We will definitely recommend Paul to anyone with plumbing issues and will call him for our future plumbing needs.

    By far the best experience I've had with a tradie. Answered the phone professionally when I called, promised to call me back - and did. Turned up at a time that suited me (before work), explained ahead of time what he was going to do, cleaned up and charged a fair price. Was very friendly and approachable. I even got a follow up call the next day. This was all only 2 days ago and I have already passed his business card onto a friend who was looking for a plumber.
