Ordered a mixed grill last night and the steak was missing. Although there was still a plate full of food, I mentioned this to the staff. The staff member checked with the chef, who 'was pretty sure he included everything', and told me that as I was halfway through the meal he couldn't be sure I didn't receive it. Nothing further! No offer to serve the missing steak, to offer anything (desert, drink, etc) on the house, nothing. Not even an apology. Just a presumption that I was lying. In short, customer service was seriously lacking, and the staff obviously don't feel empowered to fix these problems on their own.
Food was delicious, but the service left a seriously bad taste.
My family and I went to dinner tonight to celebrate. We were absolutely shocked at how bad the customer service was. We were treated with so much disrespect and rudeness, and when we brought this to the attention of the staff, they chose not to acknowledge or even try to rectify the situation. Not all the staff were like this however, but there was one in particular who obviously never learnt customer service and management were also very unhelpful! We are locals and regulars and are extremely disappointed at how disgracefully we were treated. We all do not plan on going back to eat at the establishment again.
My family and I had the most beautiful dinner on Friday night. There was absolutely nothing we could complain about. The food was absolutely delicious, the wine was magnifique, the service was great, the atmosphere was fab and we will definately be back there again soon. Thanks for a great night.
on tuesdays parmies are only $10. sometimes they don't cook the chicken long enough and the chips can be cold... other than that they have good service and a nice atmosphere.
