    hi i have a few rental property's and keeping them in order used to be a huge problem trying to constantly deal with tenants till i met Glenn Flanagan who immanently took the pressure off by dealing with all my property maintenance efficiently and professionally he is able to attend or employ specific trades for repairs
    I am now able to do what i need to do without worrying about chores that does not interest me

    We contracted Flanagan's to do some repairs and maintain our B & B in the Gold Coast
    Hinterland. Glenn is very polite and very helpful and often goes out of his way to help us
    he is prompt and if he can't make it he sends someone else saving us the trouble of finding someone. A reliable and genuine person he's a best friend more than a handyman. Glenn provides us with all the trades electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, everything we need to maintain our property.

    I contacted this business to have some work done for my business and wanted everyone to know how I was treated.
    I literally called and asked him if he could come out or give me an idea of cost over the phone. I explained what I needed done and he replied with a short abrupt answer of;
    "No, can't do it. Too busy".
    Ok I said to myself... so then I asked him when he would have time to do it. He replied with something along the lines of
    "Yeah I'm booked out for the next few months"
    That was it. No sorry, no explanation of when he could do it. I was quite shocked. I paused for a moment on the phone to gather my thoughts and make sure I heard correctly. So I just said oh ok, well thanks anyway. I then hung up. Poor service alright... I have been trying to place this review for months now but he keeps getting it taken down even arguing with me saying he recorded the conversation to prove he wasn't rude. Well, I'm sorry, but if he REALLY did record it (without my consent by the way), then it would prove exactly what I am saying.

    Very smooth from beginning to end. Glen did everything he said, from returning my call to arriving ON TIME. (It's amazing enough for a tradie to give me a time instead of "sometime tomorrow") When he arrived ON TIME he did his job and fixed the problem. His rate is very reasonable and didn't even charge a call out fee as it was a small job. Very happy with his service.

    No complaints here! Glen was contracted to assist with works at a commercial premises over two different appointments. Prompt, friendly, good natured fellow who just gets on with the job. These qualities combined with a great rate / value for money I'm sure will see him kept busy. Will definitely use again - all the best Glen!
