    Fleur De Lys is a pretty salon up near Centennial Park, although I find it a little bit on the expensive side.

    I went there with a Scoopon voucher last year and had a nice facial and massage. I went again recently and had some treatment that was meant to miraculously turn me into a svelte super model..unfortunately it didnt, but it was an interesting experience during stage 1 where I was pummelled and vacuumed by some very noisy machines for 45 minutes or so.

    The 2nd part of the treatment involved sitting in an infra red sauna for 20min.it was meant to burn 1200 calories. Surprisingly.it didnt, but part of that might have been because I had to keep opening the door to let cool air in so I didnt dry up and collapse in a heap.

    The 3rd part of my transformation treatment was a spray tan and this part was great. It didnt hurt at all! And it meant I flew off to Thailand with a nice melanoma free sun tan.

    I think these types of treatments *might* be worthwhile if you are super rich and can afford to do them regularly, but I didnt see any difference after 1 treatment..although I was a nice colour brown for my holiday!
