    I used Flex Removals for our recent complete office relocation in February 2012. The guys were super efficient and on the ball. They arrived promptly and communication about their ETA on site was brilliant and much appreciated. They were careful and considerate, and nothing was a hassle. Our office relocation went smoothly and nothing was damaged. As Business Support Manager, I couldn't have asked for a better service provider.

    Great price, okay service, some care, no responsibility. Our near new fridge doors have been damaged after being scraped against brickwork. We got Flex in for the 5 big items we sought for professionals to take care of our belongings. When discussed with Flex we were retrospectively advised of the optional insurance we didn't take out and told the damage wasn't their problem. The other 4 items weren't damaged, 80% success rate hey! We won't be using Flex for the next move to our new house.

      Hi,

      After consulting with the crew on your job I can elaborate as to what happened. The fridge in question was a large double door fridge and quite akward, it had to be taken in the back door at each property as it wouldn't fit through the front doors. At the drop off address the back of the property over loose gravel, through a very narrow side gate lining the brick wall. Due to the loose gravel I would imagine the fridge to be relatively unstable on the fridge trolley. The boys apologise but didn't notice anything on the day of the move.

      In respect to the issue of insurance, we make every attempt to inform our customers at every stage of booking the move in. Our office manager Sarah mentioned she discussed this with your partner Holly when she called yesterday. We send out a confirmation e-mail to all customers including a copy of our terms and conditions, we also draw special attention by advising we don't offer insurance and if it is required we can refer on to an insurance broker. We also mention in our booking confirmation we need all customers to sign our terms and conditions on the day of the move at both uplift and delivery. Whilst we apologise for any inconvenience caused by the scratch on your fridge, it was simply an accident due to poor access and a very heavy item. We offer our clients the choice to get insurance as this is to insure against accidents like this which do occasionally happen. We hope you would consider using Flex Removals again, but irrespective wish you all the best at your new property.

    I would highly recommend Flex Removals. They understand the stress & unheaval of moving. The boys were extremely professional, friendly & in high spirits even after numerous trips up 3 flights of stairs to move all our belongings!
    I have used other movers in the past; these guys beat them in all areas - attitude, reliance, cost, care & communication. 2 Thumbs Up!

    They rang me at 5:30pm the day before my 7am move and tried to change my time for that day or move my to another day. That was the only day I could move, so I told them I would move the time to earlier. We then cancelled when they were really rude to us over the phone for no reason at all.

      This is the same customer as above who was rude on three separate occassions and when asked if she would give the boys a hard time on the day she decided to cancel her move.

    I was extremely pleased with the service that I received. With every other cost in my life increasing, it's nice to know that there are still business' out there who offer quality service at a low price! Would definitely recommend flex removals!
