    The concept is fantastic but the customer service is terrible. The cars are great but the staff are completely frustrating and on several occasions, have been unable to assist. For example....we recently had to pay for a full tank of petrol out of our own pockets because the pin number for the petrol card was missing and central office couldn't find the pin number (we were on the phone for at least half an hour and there was not a 'sorry' to be heard). Disappointing.
