    Oh my gosh, I have never been treated so rudely in my life. I came in simply hoping to get a quotation for a flight, and the person serving me demanded that I book my flight then and there. I was talked down to, and belittled by the person serving me - their suggestions that I could not pay (I informed them I would be paying cash), their handling me as though I was an idiot (I have an MBA), and their downright arrogance were not appreciated. In addition to this when I asked to leave to make a simple phone call they demanded that I put down a DEPOSIT, as I had "wasted her time". It was simply ridiculous! This person wasted my time by dragging me through an unnecessary process - something I did not want to do. I can say with confidence that should I ever have to deal with Flight Centre again, I will definitely go to another branch! For this flight I have gone with another booking agency.
